Alumni Association was inaugurated in the Name of Rajapalayam Rajus’ College Old Boys’ Association on 22nd July, 1990, Sunday at 10.31 AM at the College Premises.
The meeting was attended by the old students who studied from the year 1973 to 1990. Then our Association was formally registered under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1975) in the Name of “RAJAPALAYAM RAJUS’ COLLEGE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION” Certificate of Registration of Societies No. SRG/Virudhunagar/153/2019 dated: 02/07/2019.

1. To provide Educational scholarships to economically deserving students.
2. To provide motivational guest lectures and career guidance to our final year UG and PG students to mould them into good citizens.
3. To encourage the formation of regional chapters to increase the participation of Alumni.
4. To encourage the Alumni to take abiding interest in the process and development of the Institution.
5. To arrange and support placement activities of the students of the Institution.
6. To encourage and guide the students on self-employment and to become entrepreneurs.
7. To promote the Industry-Institution interaction to bridge the gap between corporate requirements and education offered and enhance students’ employability.
8. To create an Endowment Fund in the name of Alumni Association to honour and give prize awards to the students who obtain high marks in the university examination.
Citing the above objectives of Alumni Association our alumni contribute in many ways for the development and betterment of our Institution.Our students and the Institution are benefited in various fields such as student placement, training, expert lectures, career guidance sessions, Industrial visits and mentoring.The alumni of our Institution guide and nurture our students to become professionals. It is our plan to develop everlasting relations with our alumni which in turn will give rise to mutual benefits.
On behalf of Alumni Association resolved unanimously to construct Alumni Association Auditorium at a cost of Rs. 1.36 Crores. While those who took part in the meeting deliberately came forward for giving donations. Similarly we request all our alumni to generously donate as part of these constructive programmes.
